ABOUT

Merivelle is an American director, writer, and actor of Greek heritage. She gained recognition for her films Opa and The Sitdown. Her films have won multiple awards and received critical attention at various film festivals. At just 19 years old, she became one of the youngest filmmakers to be accepted into the prestigious Beverly Hills Film Festival, a key milestone in her career.

She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Merivelle was exposed to the film industry at an early age. Her grandparents are Lou Antonio and Lane Bradbury. Growing up, Merivelle often visited The Actor Studio and witnessed her grandfather, Lou Antonio, direct on the set of Boston Legal. After finishing high school, Merivelle moved to New York City, initially pursuing a degree in film production. She later transferred to Loyola Marymount University, majoring in screenwriting. After returning to Los Angeles, Merivelle began studying Lee Strasberg's Method acting.
