Merivelle is an American director, writer and actor of Greek heritage, whose work explores emotional realism. Restrained performance, character first.

At nineteen she became one of the youngest filmmakers selected for the Beverly Hills Film Festival. She wrote and directed The Sitdown that same year, and it went on to win Best Student Film there in 2025.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Merivelle was exposed to the industry early. Her grandparents are Lou Antonio and Lane Bradbury; growing up she often visited The Actor Studio and watched her grandfather direct on the set of Boston Legal.

She studied film at the School of Visual Arts in New York, transferred to Loyola Marymount University for screenwriting, and returned to Los Angeles to train in Lee Strasberg's Method at the Lee Strasberg Institute. She joined the Actors Studio Directors Unit in 2023 and works under her company, Meraki Pictures.
